Yes, an e-mail message that confirms the order will be forwarded to you.
If you need to adjust your order, please email us at: email@example.com to inquire if your order can be modified or cancelled. Orders for next day delivery cannot be cancelled
We will be happy to change the delivery address / date if your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. This must be done by e-mail, quoting your Order ID number for your protection.
Our courier service cannot be responsible for items that are left unattended. It would be best prior to making an order to confirm that someone will be available to receive it. In addition, prior to ordering, please make sure the address is correct and there is a local contact number where the recipient can be contacted.

Many of our cakes do not contain nuts, however, they are not made in a nut-free facility.
The order will be delivered to the address on the order. Please make sure the address on the order is correct or please contact us to amend the order as soon as possible. eCake is not responsible for orders that are left unattended.
