Sales Policy

As soon as your orders have been received, they are processed immediately. Customers qualify for a refund 24 hours in advance of their scheduled delivery date and time. If orders are for next day delivery, a refund will only be issued if the request is received before our cutoff time of 3:00 pm on the day that your order is received. Customers are responsible for supplying the correct delivery address information. We are not responsible for items left unattended. If there is no access to the building, your order will be returned to the bakery. A second attempt will only be made if arrangements are made for payment for a second delivery fee. We cannot issue refunds on cakes; however we guarantee that all our products will be delivered and received on schedule date and will be in perfect condition. Any discrepancies must be received in writing within 24 hours.

Returns

Option 1 – No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are delivered unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@ecake.ca with details of the product-an image would be useful, your Sales Order ID number from your order that was emailed to you and the defect. This must be received within 24 hours.

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Sales Policy on Refunds

Before you proceed to checkout and select a delivery time you will be required to acknowledge that someone will be there to accept the order during our delivery time slot of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
